Why? The investor did not want to use roof-ridge connected elements due to using an overhead crane. The additional use of a straight section enables the installation of standard rooflights, and allows for the installation of photovoltaic panels in the future.
The longest lamella is 33 m with a cross-section of just 18 mm by 250 mm. Moreover, the use of a wooden roof enabled the creation of an appropriate and friendly micro-climate, where timber structures are executed.
