About Technology

TCLWood618® (Thin Construction Lamella for wooden construction 6mm-18mm) is the technology we use to produce bent-glued elements. It involves using thin lamellas with thicknesses from 6 to 18 mm, which enable bending at minimal radii (from R-15 cm).
The TCLwood618® technology ensures that the element has been produced according to the highest standards, with particular emphasis on quality and safety of use, but also provides infinite possibilities for implementing exceptional projects commissioned by our Clients.

Jagram Pro S.A. specializes in producing bent-glued structures from thin lamellas, using pioneering TCL®wood618® technology. Our offer responds to the needs of contemporary architecture and construction, seeking innovative, aesthetic, and durable wooden solutions.

We offer a wide selection of bent wooden element shapes, such as arches, semicircles, circles, roof dormers, omega shapes, half-omega shapes, and boomerangs. These elements are perfect for creating unique structures.

Scandinavian spruce, pine, larch, Douglas fir

In our production process, we use only the highest quality wood from sustainable sources and proven adhesives that meet the strictest ecological and strength standards.

The maximum moisture content of the wood we sell is 18%. This moisture level ensures that the wood is sufficiently dry for most applications while minimizing the risk of cracking or deformation after installation.

We use polyurethane adhesives characterized by high strength, flexibility, and moisture resistance. They are also waterproof and non-toxic, making them safe to use.

Yes, our products are impregnated with colorless Korasit®NG in class III (15.0g/m²) for wood preservation, free from heavy metals and boron. Class III is the second-highest class in a 4-level scale. It protects wood against fungi and insects causing decay. It maintains the natural wood color and allows for trouble-free application of the target color.

Our products are made from FSC® and PEFC™ certified wood, meaning they meet international standards confirming that the wood comes from responsibly managed forests. This means the wood has been legally sourced, respecting the environment and social rights.

Using TCLwood618® technology, we can produce unique projects with minimal bending radius that cannot be produced using other technologies. This is only possible by using very thin lamellas of certified wood and special adhesive. TCLwood618® technology also requires specialized processing during production, which is more labor-intensive. All this means that the price per 1 m3 ranges from 1,200 euros to 4,900 euros (price depends on factors including order size, bending radius, processing, project complexity)

Girders and Structural Arches

Glued laminated timber girders and structural arches are load-bearing structural elements made from several layers of wood glued together. They are characterized by exceptional strength, precision of execution, and aesthetics.

Our girders are available in strength classes: GL24h, GL28h

GL 24h and GL 28h classes define the strength of glued laminated timber. The higher the number, the greater the material’s resistance to bending, tension, and compression. GL 28h wood is therefore slightly stronger than GL 24h. The letter “h” indicates that the wood is homogeneous, guaranteeing high quality and dimensional stability.

Yes, our bent elements are properly impregnated with colorless Korasit®NG in class III (15.0g/m²) and can be used both indoors and outdoors. However, buyers are required to follow the guidelines for handling glued laminated timber, which can be found at https://woodandarch.pl/regulamin
