“Not every project fits within standard frameworks” – literally and figuratively.
We are currently completing the production of platforms for watercraft, where we have applied block bonding
– a technology that allows exceeding the limitations of standard widths of raw material/glued laminated timber.
Depending on the project and the investor’s expectations, we produce wide cross-sections of curved elements
or straight beams made of glued laminated timber.
What does it involve?
· We combine two or more elements of glued laminated timber, obtaining a full block.
· The process requires high precision – often even a double ‘loading’ of elements onto the CNC table is necessary.
· This allows us to implement projects with non-standard parameters and unique architecture.
This solution is effective where aesthetics, durability, and unusual dimensions are important.
