GLUED LAMINATED TIMBER BEAMS
STRUCTURAL ARCHES
We specialize in the production of arches with thin lamellae and minimal bending radii
Beam Parameters
- Bending radius: R≥1080 (according to Eurocode 5 6 mm x 180)
- Lamella thickness: depending on the bending radius, 6-18 mm according to TCLwood618®
- Width: from 30 mm, ≥240 mm – block gluing
- Height: up to 1800 mm
- Length: up to 19 m

What are Structural Beams (Structural Arches)?
These are structural elements made of multiple thin wood lamellae glued together under pressure, which can be formed into any shape
Applications
- Construction: production halls, roof structures, indoor and outdoor pool structures, glamping structures
- Garden architecture: pergolas, gazebos, terrace roofing, shelters
- Interiors: decorative elements, furniture, exhibition stands
- Reconstructions of damaged elements in historic structures

Advantages of Using Structural Beams
- Strength: due to their construction, structural arches are very strong and resistant to loads
- Flexibility: ability to create structures of any shape and bending radius
- Fire resistance: high level of fire safety
- Quick and easy assembly: precisely manufactured elements facilitate and accelerate assembly
- Ecology: wood is a natural and renewable material
