    • Client: Berliner Seilfabrik GmbH
    • Description: For 70 years, Berliner has specialized in playgrounds with unique design. One of their flagship structures is The Global or Cube, for which we regularly supply glued laminated timber elements. Considering that the youngest children use these installations, we ensure our elements are of the highest quality.
    • Products used: arches and squared timber prepared using TCLwood618 technology

  • Grandstand Roofing | Dresden

    • Dresden Filmnächte am Elbufer Grandstands: Film Nights on the Elbe River
    • Client: 3 dtex GmbH
    • Characteristics: the project utilized 18 structural arches with a cross-section of 300×520 mm and a span of 16 m with variable bending radius R min. 1562 mm.
    • Technology: TCLwood6187 – thin 10 mm lamellae were used
    • Material: Scandinavian spruce GL24h,
    • The new membrane roof has a total area of 1,200 square meters, supported by 18 solid wooden load-bearing beams manufactured using our TCLwood618 technology. The roof captivates with individual details of membrane connections and the beauty of wood.

    • Exhibition pavilion of Wrocław University of Science and Technology for the 70th anniversary celebrations of the university
    • Innovative construction made of wood and paper tubes (composition of 36 glued laminated timber arches with radius from 235 to 265 cm and 498 paper tubes installed between them with diameter of 275 mm and length of 600 mm each)
    • The pavilion consists of six segments measuring 615 by 192 cm, after assembling all elements the construction dimensions reach a length of 1152 cm
    • The structure is an example of architectural solutions made from paper elements and used for temporary events such as exhibitions, trade fairs, concerts, festivals

    • Baroque-style roof reconstruction in the historic district

    • Material: Scandinavian spruce GL24h
    • Characteristics: arched beams and dome roof elements with window arches; most of the construction of a single roof consisted of over 200 curved elements, mostly unique, which thanks to high precision and CNC processing could be assembled on-site like a puzzle.

    • Dimensions: a ring over 20 meters in diameter, extending approximately 20 meters downwards
    • Uniqueness: the longest lamella with a cross-section of 9 mm by 60 mm was over 20 meters long; it consists of unique pairs of several arches
